Alexa the Pichu belongs to meAlexa cosplaying as Fio from the Metal Slug series. Her eye design here is actually how Alexa is originally portrayed in her reference pin-up that I uploaded ages ago, however I've never actually commissioned any artwork of her with said design (every artist just draws natural eyes instead, though I've never had a problem with this).
For this specific instance, I wanted to see how the pin-up would look with her OG eye design, so I went with that instead. I say it came out pretty cute!
