Hardy stretched his growing body, and reveled in the wonderful sensation of his expanding size and bulk.
He looked below, and saw the ruins of the base.
That place, that seemed so immense and terrifying as a prisoner, was now nothing but a block he could easily tear off the ground with one hand.
Which he did.
To see the base held in barely one hand, to crush it in rubble and dust as effortlessly and easily as if it was made of paper, excited the hyena through his rising strength and might.
As Lippy's saucer and the cats' dragon-ship orbited around him, looking smaller and smaller to his eyes, Hardy looked upon the star glowing on his hand, the manifestation of the miraculous artifact that changed his life to an amazing level...
"Where have you been all my life?!"
