Commission for  Krillos

Two of his characters overlooking a peaceful green valley.

I was working with a lot of atmospheric perspective on this one. The layout received a glorious amount of attention, making sure that the foreground elements were cool in temperature, and high contrasted [dark and light] for the effect of having a great distance between it, and the overlooking landscape of green rolling hills. It also helps to frame the silhouettes of the characters for clarity, and the sake of acting in a scene.

I think the biggest compliment I got from my sister who said she thought it looked like a film cell from a movie.
