Picked up this cool dude from Besseb. He's an old daywalking vampire living out of New York City and head of Kastor Coven. William's a businessman through and through and oversees the vampire hierarchy for the region. Despite not being a particularly violent or strong man himself, his community minded approach to watching over NYC has earned him many steadfast allies from his own kind. His community leaders see him working often, visiting their areas, and offering resources or help when needed.
