I know how you feel. I go into hiding at the mere sight of a camera. But I think the picture of you actually looks really good. The greenish tint gives it a nice sort of night-vision camera feel. And I think you're really pretty, too.

It's cool to get to see you next to wolf-Luthien, too. She looks a lot like you.

I've been getting told that a lot today lol I think its cuz of the eye.

I picked the green tint cuz the color in the original was kinda bad, but I didn't want to do a black and white, and since green is my favorite color, I just went with that. ^_^

Here's a neat idea, though it seems you despise pics of your face: draw a pic so that it's one half your face and the other half your fursona's face so that the two halves meet in the center and form a full face.

I've actually done pics like that before, though not with my own face. It always seems to look strange to me, mostly because sometimes the features on the animal's face don't quite line up. I might do something with half Luthien half Maraschino sometime though.

That would work, as well, considering it shows both sides of your personality: the spritual one connected with nature (Luthien) and the slightly more naughty side (Maraschino).

I hate cameras too so I know how ya feel, but damn, that's a really nice pic and there is definitely a resemblance to your 'sona.

I understand the whole not liking camera thing. I'm not really an ugly person, least I don't think so. I think i'm ok looking, I get compared to John Candy a lot...I still don't like cameras. You're very cute tho..and yeah, the fursona looks a lot like you. I think it's the eyes.

That's what everyone's sayin, and I think you're right, its gotta be the eye. lol

I'm just a bit self-concious, not so much of how I look in real life (okay maybe a little) but mostly how I look in photographs. I'm overly critical of *everything* when I see pics of myself...double chin, camera adds 10 pounds, I look like I'm scowling when I could swear I was smiling etc. etc. This one just managed to make the cut cuz I played with it in Photoshop and cropped it to my liking. lol

You do something like this and yet you tell me your not very good at photography. Shame on you. Very well done hun, and like the others before me you do have some resemblance between you and your fursona. Especially the way you matched your expression in the photo to that of the drawing. Very well executed. And it's now one of my favourites.

I'm NOT a photographer. lol I took this with my cellphone facing a mirror so I could make sure it was lined up correctly with my face. The rest is just Photoshop color tricks. :p

I love this!!! As someone mentioned before, the green tinge (and slightly grainy texture) give it the look of a nightvision camera, and the fact that you chose NOT to line up the two halves to form a full face works well too, so it doesn't matter that the features don't line up perfectly. Very cute photo, and great profile ID overall!
