this is something my mom made for me sometimes, originaly because of a shortage of other food in the house. Long hamburger and mac'n cheese. the beef has added egg and garlic and salt, the mac'n cheese has added shaker cheese, which is no longer sold in stores that I've seen.

I used to make hambergers like that when all we had was hotdog buns!
but alas most pastas are also the bane of the diabetic. Luckily there are a lot more alternatives out there now. and they are not too damn expensive. and i can still have brown rice and black rice but they are more expensive
