With my obsessions and interest on the nunchakus, how about a nunchaku wizard avali? Rheumo, an eccentric, inventive, and a bit of a manic. Can be incisive especially
what he's really good at, sometimes a bit too much to where he gets carried away with his ideas and jumps straight into it. He is also Kaziku's best friend.

For his namesake, he is an very adept nunchakuka, learned and trained while traveling across the stars which explains his physique. He also has an ability to clone himself via magic,
channeled with his genetic information, and manipulate flesh but otherwise limited. One of his nunchakus has an built in shotgun, and why is cause he's crazy and finds it badass!
The other one is Arasaka manufactured, likely he stole them.

I quite adore this art style so I wanted to draw this cute ass wizard~
