Coffeeaddicted and I where talking about Bees, Wasps, and Bumblebees :heart: and pointed out the different "characters" of them. So I drew this.
And the longer I worked on it the more I got ideas for a plot.
So there we have the cast of "Bloodflower fields".

Note: I am absolutely into hornets. *love* They may be twice as big as wasps, but are gentle. As long as you dont squish them. Confronted with trouble a hornet will always try to flee first. And you can actually keep single ones as pets.

ha! Take THIS wasp! (Did I mention that hornets kill wasps and even grashoppers for their larvae? I3 )

I didnt give Heideltraut a uniform, because I think bumblebees are the least agressive of them all. She doesnt even use venom, because she bites and does not sting, but only if you squish it.
