He's a Bablaxian and comes from Bablaxia where it is ruled by Kids. They keep their look by drinking a special nectar that makes them immortal but has to keep drinking it. They are peaceful beings and on his diaper shows his home planet which literally looks like a pacifier and in the fire lies the fountain that houses the nectar. Also his robot buddy BAB (Bot Assistant Buddy) is shown playing with him. She is very motherly and kind.
