Here's a little toy: a program I created in 2004 for the sole purpose of making Bull & Dog and other simple comics. Designed to be pretty much like a slightly more advanced, offline version of the Stripcreator website. (Although my program doesn't do thought bubbles... at least, not yet!)

Runs on Windows. More info and instructions in the included readme file.
