Jokingly called a cat pimp.

Runs a cat cafe, people think he’s a mobster but he’s actually too nice for his own good, gives menacing glares out of pure shyness, half his regulars are mobsters who adopted cats from the cafe.

His name is based off Felix the cat.

And his stand is named Tears For Fears Dragula. It's based off luck and misfortune.
