I love drawing my fursonas showing off their magic. I tried experimenting with having their magic consuming more of their body, with parts of Jay's fur burning and Jo emitting whispy illusion magic.
I've drawn these two spellcasting separately, however I wanted to draw something where they are part of the same drawing. I thought this would be a fun way to do it.

Again, I adjusted Jay's fur color so that it fits better with the lighting and fire magic. I'm not sure yet if I want to make this change "canon". I do like the color scheme though. Perhaps there will just be a "regular Jay" and "fire magic Jay".
