Eels are excellent!
I get the impression that she's a mer-eel, ie.. legless, but then again, the pose and the clothes might suggest bipedal status, as does the 'humanoid' keyword/tag! So which is it? More tail below the bottom of the frame, or a pair of legs? Do you even remember? :V
