Technically, Skeeter is not a Muppet, she was only ever in Muppet Babies and never made into a real Muppet.

This version of Skeeter appeared in the Muppet comics by Boom! Studios and briefly became Flavour of the Month on /co/.

(After looking it up - Gosh, that was a long time ago, now, wasn't it?)

Adult Skeeter has been referenced in official Muppets lore, but her only major appearance outside of the original Muppet Babies was a few appearances on the Muppet Babies reboot show (Scooter and Skeeter are not part of the regular cast, and they are, from what I've seen, not as distinct from each other as the originally were).

It's a little known fact that although Skeeter has never actually had a Muppet built, her fate after Muppet Babies was explored in officially licensed comics (although there is a certain degree of contradiction between the two stories).
