Here's another quick character sketch from some of the background for the Huntress story. In this case it's a character without any speaking lines but was just an amusing concept, based on a description I wrote of a meeting place for some of the cyberpunk types:
'Saint Solo' was basically a club for mercenaries. Lots of private booths, and lots of space for letting off steam on the dance floor. Fights got taken out back, if you please. The bartender looked like a movie werewolf in a tuxedo and spoke with an almost certainly fake British accent, and had mechanical arms attached behind him that were slaved to his own processors so he could have a robot arm hand him any bottle. Not to mention the guy running the weapons check at the front door was an ex-military full conversion cyborg who didn't bother with putting on artificial skin on top of the metal. An odd mix of `high class' with `you really don't want to make me angry'.
Why yes, I had the song 'Werewolves of London' going through my head while writing that scene, which was why he affected a British accent.
