(Alternate title: A History of Stupid)
Because, yes, apparently the history of my various fursonas is so interesting and complicated that it REQUIRES A FLOW CHART. Oh well, just thought I’d do this mess for fun! I haven’t drawn some of these guys in forever. I’ll try to keep the descriptions nice and short as to avoid too much boredom!
Duhhh – No name – Okay, even the people that have been with me from the beginning probably won’t recognize this guy. There’s one, maybe two, drawings of him in existence, from when I was all HAHA WHAT IS FURRY I JUST WANNA BE A TALKING WOLF. Eventually he would (d)evolve into…
Durr – Wolf Rush – This guy had dumb super powers and stuff. Also, sort of my hair. (I still have that jacket and it’s still awesome.)
Bluhhh – Girly Wolf Rush – Oh God. Pretty much Wolf Rush but with curves and SEXY GIRLY SEXY. The less said about this one, the better.
Dluh – Otterush – What the hell was I thinking with that gray there? Anyway… I basically decided wolves were too generic. So OTTER TIME. He had one of the most elaborate color schemes I would ever come up with. (Angus still has never quite recovered from my loss of a complicated color design.)
Gruh – Toony Otterush – Haha, actually, this guy is still kind of cool. Not so much a change in the character as a change in my art style at the time. Also, I got rid of that ugly gray.
Fuh – Original Archibald, the German Shepherd – The first “realism” fursona. This guy popped up somewhere between Durr and Bluhhh, while existing sort of parallel to them. I kinda just had him to make me feel less stupid about GENERIC CUTE GIRLY WOLF.
Buh – Archibald 2.0 – When I decided to make Archibald pretty much live a life that’s 1:1 realistic to my own. Only a few changes were made to reflect that realism (I don’t wear glasses and I totally have hair, hurr).
DUUUUH – Badger Loser – Having decided idealism was stupid, I bid it farewell with a nice kick to the head and came up with this guy, merging my “fantasy” and “realistic” fursonas into a single, awesome fat badger. Originally he was named Archibald, but that was changed to coincide with the name of his critically acclaimed award winning comic strip that I continue to work on to this day. (Redwall may or may not be partially to blame for his shift in species.)
Holy crap that was more words than I expected.
Uh. Enjoy!

This reminds me of how I'll probably never draw John Kesseldorf again, cuz one Krissie is scary enough. also, drawing that spotted fur stuff took effort i HATED that...
