I don't necessarily hate winter. White landscapes are a joy. But often we don't have much of snow in winter, so it's nothing but cold and dark with dull landscapes. And since as a passionated cyclist I love summer, I do also love it, when spring is finally there. Days getting longer, birds start singing, getting warmer, basically pleasent anticipation of the weather slowly becoming better and better, offering more joy of being outside in general.
So after this cold and wet winter felt endless, it fills me with joy that the recent 2 weeks were very dry and partially slightely warmer. Last week I was taking a ride of almost 100 miles.
So last year I built an awesome DIY feeder platform for birds, which attaches to my window. I took it inside over the winter, because no birds find their way into the yard of this house with a U-shape. I put it back in front of my window recently, and the appearing nuthatches gave me inspiration for this drawing. Birds probably don't care about beauty, but I'd sit on this woman's hand all day.

Thank you much for your feedback. =D Maybe I should mention my FA on my DA, but since both accounts get the same artworks, it never seemed relevant to me......
Tight fitting clothing is always the easest to do. You just take the naked body form and put it on there, without altering the clothing form with wrinkles and whatnot. It's like using a 3D model of a naked character and just put a clothing texture on the bare skin. And you don't get to see such shirts very often in real life (because I don't think they'd be too reliable in continuously covering you), but aren't they tasty beyond believe, for obvious reasons. And as a dedicated fox specialist, the tail always gets good attention from me, because a poor fox tail has really bad appeal on the whole character. It's not the only remarkable element of a fox, but potentially the most important one.
I checked our forecast, and it looks like getting nicely warm and sunny here, looks like a good time to come. Going out in nice weather is really important for my creative motivation. Winter can also be quite inspiring, but you got no chances of doing something creative outside because you need lots of clothing. In summer, it is the nicest thing ever to be able to have the same clothing outside, that you have inside.

Thank you much. Over the years, I have gotten more complex with various shading and lighting layers, gradients and whatnot. But for a while now, I am tending more towards minimalism again. Less is more, and since I've always been interested in resembling an anime style, it makes sense to not include loads of details, that a hand animated film wouldn't have.
