Yeah, you knew it was coming. With the release of Deus Ex 3, the prequel to of one of my absolute favorite games ever, drawing closer and close, I was going to draw my character Adam Jensen style, sooner or later.
Just today, after working a bit on the current commission, I needed a break and watched the Deus Ex E3 Trailer (again) and kinda wondered if I could draw my character dressed as Adam Jensen, like on one of the wallpapers.
The initial sketch was good enough to keep working on it and before I knew it, I cranked out this picture in about 11 hours of work.
So there, enjoy!

Though I'm really looking forward to the new one. I wont expect it to be better than the original, but I'm rather just happy that the series gets a prequel and looks so promising so far. A similar game experience like the first Deus Ex is something I miss most nowadays.

If its only slightly like the original Deus Ex, its fucking awesome. If youre into cyberpunk and conspiracy themes, youre gonna love it. Plus the versatile gameplay encourages you to play more efficiently, for example: you'll get extra XP points if you sneak and dont get caught during a mission, or if you want to go with weapon skill, you'll get extra points if you take precise shots. Anything but running through the stage and gunning everyone down is rewarded and allows you to play the way you want. The first Deus Ex is still a benchmark in gaming in that regard, while the graphics have aged the gameplay, story, freedom of choice and how it all ties together is still one of the finest examples in game design and has scored high ranking awards aswell as some saying that it is the best game of all time.
