It's officially 
yosh-e-o's birthday over on the east coast, so here's some art I doodled up for them!
Ever since telling them about Deltarune, and Berdly in specific, they've mentioned wanting to get some art of Berdly together with Yosh. I figured I may as well go ahead and do some of that myself! So here is Yosh, the hybrid green-and-white yoshi-ducky we all know and love, playing games beside Berdly!
This is a picture from their past, obviously, with both birdies in padding. (Which I'm really not all that great at drawing, despite getting asked to do so quite frequently!) They're both holding SNES controllers in a colorful bedroom, likely Yosh's, leaning in to each other, arm-to-arm, happily absorbed with the screen in front of their glasses and smiling beaks. Above their white padding is Yosh in his standard light-blue shirt, and Berdly in a light yellow shirt that's more bright and fun! Yosh also has his little red sneakers and white socks on since that suits him, and Berdly just with his typical talons. A happy pair of gaming birdies! I also have a few other versions posted on other sites, twitter has the fully clothed one (Yosh with blue jeans, Berdly with no diaper and just a shirt.) There's also one with just their diapers and Yosh's red shoes and socks, but that seemed a little bare. There may be one without any of that but, don't worry about that for now!

My plan, which I will start more when I get better caught up on past submissions, is to take each picture you drew and make a little 'moment in time' for it. This said, I will make a small example from the top of my birdy-brained noggin...
Berdly was always an overachiever. He wanted to be noticed and wanted to be seen as someone who was more than just another face in the crowd. However, to his great dismay, his classmates barely, if ever, noticed him. There was a cute reindeer girl, Noel, he often wished he could be close friends with. Unfortunately, the blue birdy was just too shy to ever approach her to see if she would want to be his friend.
The one thing Berdly always fell back on to feel good about himself was video games. He was introduced to the joy of gaming back when he was 3 years old and took to mastering the hand and eye coordination necessary to play games that even 3rd graders struggled to complete. It was his love for video games that made him fast friends with an anxious little dino-duckling in preschool by the name of Yosh E. O'Ducky.
Yosh wasn't as great a gamer as Berdly, but he did have the unbelievable ability to play and play without ever having to ask for the potty. It wasn't until a time where the dino-duck developed a wet patch over the crotch of his shorts that Berdly figured out his secret to being able to play a game without the bother of using the potty.
Berdly, who was always a bit socially awkward to begin with, had heard of this thing called 'Gamer Pants' that allowed the best of the best reach new records in High Scores, Rankings, and Speed runs. Never did he come to think that 'Gamer Pants' were actually a fancy name for baby diapers.
Not one to ever be 1UPed, Berdly insisted that Yosh allow him to wear 'gamer Pants', too. This confused the dino-duckling as, to him, it was just his diapers and what he preferred to wear for comfort and security. However, Berdly was persistant and, as is shown here, the two managed to really crush any co-op game they were able to get their hands on. They got particularly good at 'Super Smash Bros.' and 'Street Fighter'. Berdly, always fueled by his desire to be recognized, even figured out how to access the online PVP so that he and Yosh could compete against the world while their 'Gamer Pants' ensured maximum focus until it was time for him to go home, or for the two video game enthusiasts to get ready for bed on sleepover nights.
So, despite not being able to muster the courage to make friends with Noel along with being too bashful to really put himself out there with the rest of his peers, he knew that he was one of the most recognized gamers in multiple online games. If only he could genuinely reveal his true self without being kicked out of the servers for being far too young to be seen as himself instead of his avatar in the online gaming world.
