Hey, now. Caitians don't usually drink alcohol (at least in my writings about them) because ethanol is overprocessed in a Caitian's liver to sugars and pseudosaccharines, resulting in the effect on their neurochemistry of 'Ultra-Zoomies' in said humanoid cats of a variety of masses and heights, also know as Warp Zoomies, or <SCREEAMCH>. This can be difficult when almost all Caitians have strong enough leg, trunk and arm muscles to knock a human down, and have boxcutter claws in their fingers and toes, and teeth, too.

So most functions including Caitians/Ferasans that serve alcohol also include non-ethanol beverages, or a selection of synthohol that does not include chemical or intoxicant components that break down in their livers and fuel their brains in the cause of Ultra-Zoomies; some synthohols will break down to pseudosaccharines or chemical compounds with a similar effect in the Caitian digestive or biliary system that cause that semiamphetamine effect, and the majority of Caitians are taught lists of synthohols that they should take care in drinking or not.
