This is an old OC with yet a new design, and a new name, he has his name changed From Toxic, to Toxin, to now Hazard. He also was a cat before but now is a fox. Anyways here is some story

Hazard is actually made from Toxic Waste, he isn't an actual Panthereolian. He helps Byte out with Operation Triangle to help stop Alpha from using it to cause any more damage. He has the ability to melt things whenever he wants to.
