Arcturius's troll, for the TROLL TIME! event!
Was alot of fun!
I have to say, once upon a time, I enjoyed Warcraft. I liked the storyline they had going...then they started the hero stuff...and the focusing on more epic magical hero magical magic. then when WoW came around, they re-wrote their storyline about 9 times in the short period I was there....started to wear thin..
Then came a weird news info feed I read about the head guy (Chris Metzen I think it was then?) who openly admitted he enjoyed making heroes-'because monsters are just there for the good guys to kill.'
I take offense to that, and that's some serious pedestal standing/making that guy did.
I'm very proud to be a troll, and do not support Blizzard as such.
TANGENT.
ALSO: anyone who owns an original instruction manual from the first release of WoW, look on the page with all the races lined up next to each other.
The females looked so much better when they resembled the stooped over males, I'd think. PROOF OF EARLIER BETTER LOOKS.

Oh man! That logic about heroes and villain is TERRIBLE T_______T but maybe I'm biased because Malky is something of a villain/monster XP But in all seriousness a good story has good, complex interesting and even likable monsters/villains with good balancing points to make. Heroes can be self-righteous and snobby. Villains and monsters challenge us to look deeper in ourselves and recognize our own demons and put things in perspective. No one is completely good, or completely evil for that matter.
I for one, LOVE monsters and villains and think they definitely have something to offer more than just making the heroes look good. I am offended by that douche >_______>

WoW got on my nerves when they started nerfing Hunters like no tomorrow. I do miss JyiJyi, my troll, but eh. It just wasn't fun anymore.
