It is the finished version of http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2991279 this sketch. And mostly, I'm having trouble with it because most of the people who see it can't understand what it is.
Of course I can see my falling character because I intended to do it, but I don't know why are others confused and most importantly, how can I avoid that kind of confusion, specially with moving bodies and hard angles.

If interpretation is an issue, there's a few things you can do:
--backgrounds! If there were buildings in the background and maybe a rooftop high above it might be more obvious that the person is falling
--blur, although easily abused, can be used to great effect to convey motion
--Dynamics: the person is falling, which means hair, cloth, etc should be sticking up as the rush of air pushes it back.

Hmm yes... perhaps details with the fur or clothing.
It's just that in this particular pic I couldn't use a background, and I personally prefer avoiding the blur because it's way to hard to not abuse it or do it wrong... And it's probably better (as an exersise) to avoid those external factors and focus on the character, so that when I use the others its even better =D
But the problem is that, people who see this pic... can't even tell what it is XD let alone that it's falling

Unfortunately.. I didn't see "fall" until I read the description. I see more of a lunge or just action pose...
You could perhaps add a bit of linework, vertical lines, to certain parts, like the arm? The hair definitely needs to be flowing upward. I feel like if the character is falling, it would be looking down, not out? Also, the legs are very awkwardly posed. It appears to be a split in mid air.. I'm unsure, but the legs just seem awkward.
That probably doesn't help any, but I hope it does.
