I've been "encouraged" (forced) to learn how to use Illustrator at work. Really did not want to bother with the program probably for the major reason, it's slow! But, I had to learn on it for future use and evidentally I figured I'd go home and practice. Lucky me that I had a sketch lying around, and it seemed like the perfect candidate.
Simply can't say this really looks like my style at all, especially in terms of line, color, and really anything. Played off an existing image of my lovely Swadeaqua in a martini glass. Wanted to revisit it, but with a bit more of a dual entity thing going on, and a lot of macro/micro stuff. Thought it was really cute, albeit weird. Super girly color scheme though. Still can't say this is a bad job for my first try on a fully vectored image.
