Continuing the series of statues Anthro MLP commemorating ponies who've had an effect on the kingdom and the community they've lived in. Link, Link
While not a bearer of the Elements of Harmony or one who went on great quests, Mayor Mare has done her best to govern the town of Ponyville. Through the return of Nightmare Moon and Discord, the onslaught of the Everfree Forest, Tirek's reign of terror, and Trixie's power hungry craze due to the Alicorn Amulet she did her best. So now in the foyer of the Town Hall this statue stands to greet those who come to conduct business.

Sometimes, it's the quiet, reliable folk who are the real heroes.
Speaking of which, kinda hope Big Mac got something to remember him by. Though knowing him and his family, he might just be happy with a lot of kids and grandkids, and a small plaque over his grave. Man don't need a statue to be remembered if he's got plenty of friends and family.
