At work, one of the things I regularly help maintain and develop is a monstrosity of spaghetti code I inherited for a system called FIDO.
It throws a lot of errors because it is ancient and filled with spaghetti code. I thought having a fluffy cute critter report their errors would help them be less inclined to lop off heads, so I drew something for the error pages.

Ooo, didn't know you were from Spain. Neat! Err... anyway, yeah, Fido is the classic dog name here, too, which is why I chose him (otherwise, I probably would have done a cat since I like drawing them more) :P.
A lot of people have mentioned he looks a lot like the Tramp. I think it's the ears or something (although I guess he's coloured similarly, too... and the style is similar... Actually... a lot is probably more similar than it should be).
It's not really surprising, though, since I wanted to do a different style for these pictures and did a very quick study of how Disney drew dogs. A big reference was Lady and the Tramp. I probably should have spent more time making him distinct, though. I started by doing a strict imitation of Disney's style to learn it and I drew this later on the same day before I really had a chance to water down the style into my own.
