"Traditional" is the umbrella term for physical medium. Pencils, pens, markers, paints, crayons, chalks, pastels, charcoals, graphite, and many other things on papers, canvas, board etc.
If you're asking what I used here it's mixed media; Felt tip liner pens, Copic markers with pencil crayon and an oil based white paint marker on Bristol paper.
