lol Gotta say, tats aren't my cup o' tea, but I still appreciate when I see artistry in their design! So, first off, well done on the tat! Nice clean lines and I like the stars, hearts and flowers that accompany the eastern dragon! All well drawn! :D
On the rest of the pic, Kolae looks really cute in that pose and outfit. ^_^ it looks like you used a... filter is it? The transparent color overlay I mean, looks interesting, gives it kind of an kind of old paper style feel to the way the color, or that color of the filter/overlay supposed to represent a skintone as though this picture itself could be an entire tattoo? lol I love how your art makes my imagination race like that. lol XD
