I was already really proud of this design, and then nutraptor totally outdid herself when she added a background for me! Really happy with this one! I've always really loved a lot of Raikou's features and overall vibes but something about the design itself just always fell a bit short to me, especially compared to Suicine and Entei. I thought it would be fun to reimagine the design as a Zeraora fusion and I've got to say, I really love the life that the bright blues and some more kitty like features gives the design!! Definitely a really fun one to work on
