He is really sloshy all around, specially on land since he cant swim there, He says its just water weight but in this case I´m not sure if it´s a lie or not .3.
His tail is getting stronger so he can just bounce with it on land, he is working on that but until then he needs someone to help carrying him around, if youre strong enough to help carry him I encourage you to do it! if you shake his belly and take a listen you definetely will hear the sounds of the sea~
