Ash ran into a certain slushie machine and ended up quite gooey! I absolutely ADORE how this turned out, I've been wanting a femme 'nair drawing for AGES and I'm sooooo happy with what I got! Big hips n big tail for the derg!
Canonically, slushie Dragonair isn't actually a slushie, they just live in the machine. They're mostly just sugar and candy! That's really just semantics, though.
