i was chatting with  light-the-lucario and ask about his favorite charaters in the old dragon ball and obviously he say Cymbal,Giran and then captain yellow...i was like ..capitain who? them he talk me about him and them i google him the reason that i dont remeber him was cuz he dosent appear much infact i remeber that he never fight with Goku or something like that.

was fun to draw i was thinking in just a stand pose but i decide to draw him with the jacket over his shoulder to give him more style and the tail was an extra xD...well enjoy.
