That is a joke comic in language of German.
And the two furry guys are a random character of me, too.
Translated:
The Doy Guy told: "Hey, Dude! You have to doing sport and but don’t be piggy-dog*!"
The Pig Guy said: "Hell’s teeth! I am pig and I’m not piggy-dog!"
*actually it is the correct word of English "swine" but the sound is not good. In German call "Schweinehund"and that's why I write direct German-English translated "Piggy-Dog."

nun ein Schweinehund ist eigentlich weder eine Person noch sagt man es als Beleidigung. Sondern ein Lustlosigkeit wobei man gerne etwas tun möchte, gleichbedeutent. Darum kann man auch schlecht ein Schweinehund sein, das hört sich zu seltsam an. Ändere es doch ab in "Bekämpf deinen inneren Schweinehund"
Da irrst du dich. Schweinehund als eigener Begriff ist sehr wohl ein deutsches Schimpfwort, das aber zum Glück als solches inzwischen relativ ungebräuchlich geworden ist. Lies mal hier die Etymologie:
