His name is Opal. He is one of the first legendary heroes in Sagitta Scuti's universe. He is the same type of dragon as Hatysa - they cannot use magic in the usual sense of other dragons, however their magic interacts with weapons (swords, arrows, etc.). But they cannot use household spells and any other kind of sorcery.

And you managed to convey the opal part of Opal very well. His wings and horns are gorgeous, did you do all the work manually? And even those aside I really like his floppy ears (much bigger than the girls', even) and his color scheme. He pretty much shimmers.

Yes. Opal uses a large two-handed sword. Mostly because we love Berserk and Bloodborne (Holy Moonlight Sword).
