‘Choke on these you skele-jerks!!’
I normally favor close combat, especially with my spear, but it never hurts to have some ranged options at times, and my Throwing Daggers are a great option for that.
Like my spear and curved daggers, they were bestowed upon me by the Primal Forces when I was made guardian of the island, and like my spear and curved daggers they are also magical, unbreakable, and able to cut through stone and metal with ease. They are also very well balanced, and perfect for throwing, and I’ve gotten very good at throwing them, I can even throw up to three of them at once accurately.
They are great for punching holes in armor, shredding a few Boneheads, or allowing me to put some distance between myself and a troublesome foe. They are also quite useful in the jungle, like cutting down vines to pull myself out of sticky situations, knocking down out of reach fruit, flipping switches in the ruins, cutting food, and a number of other uses I’ve found, and will find.
I have a lot of these daggers, and I always have a good supply of them with me, but I always make sure to retrieve any that I throw, which is oddly very easy,… I don’t know if it’s some magic thing about them, but it seems like I can always find them without much trouble.
So, yeah, very useful weapons and tools that are a great help to me.”

shonuff44 comes another great picture of Ember in action, and showing off her throwing daggers, which haven’t been seen much before.
ShoNuff certainly has a knack for making fierce pictures of Ember, and this one is certainly no exception, from her furrowed browed, growly expression, to her daggers flying right out at you. Her positioning and her hair and leaves as they sway to the side gives a great feeling of motion, as she jumps up through the air, and of her hand sweeping through the air to hurl her daggers, with the blurring of her feet and thumb really enhancing that feeling. The jungle background and motion lines really drive the point home, and the leaves left in her wake give a great sense of her leaping through the jungle brush in the midst of battle. A great picture that really show her off beautifully. :).

Having an ancient and powerful spear is truly handy to have when in battle and out in the jungle. But one cannot argue that having daggers can't hurt to have in possession as well for those long range attacks ;). Not to mention reach things that save someone from trying to climb up something and may get hurt doing so. Really great work from Sho here :). And to see how Ember is when throwing those daggers, goes to show she has pinpoint accuracy when doing so, so those going up against her with them, better watch out ;). Great work and great action pose all around :D
Heh, yeah, Sho either forgot those, or figured her positioning would block them, but no big deal, all things considered. ;).
She is quite skilled at that, and the other she is holding is not for throwing, her curved ones are just for normal wielding, so in this case she's just using that in her right hand instead of her spear, but still, being able to accurately throw three daggers at once, with one hand, is pretty cool. :)
