It's been a while since I drew Goat Monsters/Boss Monsters from Undertale/Deltarune, so I decided to fix that today. And in this case, I decided to give Ralsei a go, though wanted to draw the character as a woman in this particular case, since I've seen a good number of female Ralsei pics in the past x3.
