They said the labs were for 'animal research'. Cancer or something. The usual excuse for having a lab so far removed from the city, nestled within a thick forest. It sure looked the part from above, and even on the main floor. Clean, orginized, and sterile. White coats and hushed converstations, nothing truly out of the ordinary.
But underground, deep into the basements, they had something. A discovery that could turn the scientific world upside down. Were had she come from? Did they make her? I had only seen her kind in books, and perhaps scary movies once in awhile. Those eyes were so intelligent, and clever. Lips slightly curved in a type of smile. We passed each other, and she gave me an interested look. I meant no harm so I only took her picture, if just to keep our meeting to myself. A great secret, though no one will ever believe me.
Just something I had in my "square" sketchbook. Finished ages ago, I went on a scanning spree and figured she was pretty enough to upload. Werewolves for halloween!

The majority of the creatures had malformations. Ill-treatment by the guards and the experiments by scientists made it more worse for the life forms. The life forms were also intelligent. Some were even able to speak whole sentences.
I immediately gave orders to arrest the responsible scientists and I have replaced the entire staff except for a single employee.
He was able to make a snapshot of one of the Experiments, which escaped through the sewers of the facility.
The Creature (Nr. 171) is a female anthromorph. While I was inspecting the Laboratories I found other Morphs like her, even couples and pregnant females. What ever the scientists planed, I don´t think they wanted to create a new intelligent race.
"Harran Frost Date 2031, end of data recording!"
"Bzzz... Mr. Frost, this is Gate Control, a Mrs. Gravewalker is here, she says she has a Business meeting with."
"That´s correct, send her to my Office."

It was fun to slip into my Character Harran Frost and play with my ideas and the background story of your Artwork.
I often feel like I´m writing some kind of standard texts as comments and this was refreshing different.

Not the absurd amounts of furry smut, But the concept of splicing human and animal DNA to create hybrids...

The story with the image is a wonderful idea, the science-fiction of human scientists creating anrth-animal creatures is a great theme.
