Is that even a skirt? More like a wide sash that hangs a bit loosely about the waist.
I like how coy she looks, like she's one of the shy girls who is letting her hair down (and doing it boldly, too) but still can't keep the blush from her face. This hint of her personality makes this pin-up a bit more interesting. Nice touch.
