CR is trying to get to know Stan since he is Rabbit's hazbund.
A lot going on Stan's mind, mad cuz CR undressed him, nervous cuz he's kinda under the control,
but above all trying to hide his happiness of getting hugged from a human boy, for the first time ever<3

AAAAAH So cute!
There is a clash of worlds here.
CR is very much form the world of childish things, of toys and play and imagination. This is something that is a key part of all the creatures in the 100 acre woods, they are plush in more ways than one. Yet they have their own lives too, their independence. They are not just playthings and some of their adventures can get quite complicated and even adult. Usually the two elements play nice, they run together to the point where it's often hard tot ell where the play ends and more serious matters begin.
But Stan of course is on the outside of most of this, the most far removed from things like play and fun. He's an antagonist, part of the dreaded heffalump and woozle brigade that were seen as little more than monsters for quite a long time, shadowy and menacing. Stan has no time for play or imagination or frivolous things, either in the show or as your character.
So what is happening here is going against a deep part of him. What kind of self-respecting woozle would say they were hugged and liked it? And this is in the worst way. Every dog owner will tell you that on the back, stomach up is the Puppy Submission Position, the one position that gives up all control and admits giving in to an opponent. That is why he struggles with himself, why he welcomes and rejects this moment. It is wonderful and crushing at the same time. Something he wants very much but never wants anyone to now about.
And of course there is the aftermath.
Duke: So... guess who has pictures of that happy little moment?
Stan: Don't you dare!
Duke: Fifteen bucks and nobody needs to see 'em...
Rabbit: I'll give you 30!

Stan: Ill pay you double for those pictures!
Rabbit: Triple!
*Later*
Duke: So this is him having tea, in a very nice dress. Here he is with a hat, it has a ribbon on it, very nice blue color.
Rabbit: D'awww!
Stan: You know she can't REALLY pay you 'infinity plus one' right?
Rabbit: Hush!
Duke: You two are weird. Lucky, too.
