My first Chibiformers OC, and my first Transformers OC in general (the latter being why he's also in the "Transformers" folder in my gallery).

This all started after Looking at the rainmakers and Sunstorm and wondering "What would a rain storm colored seeker look like?" After I made the other seekers (for wave 2) I decided to end wave 2 with Rainstorm. As for what he's like, How about I tell you in the form of a tech spec?

Function: Diplomat

Rainstorm used to be a Decepticon seeker and rainmaker, but changed sides early on because of the Decepticons' brutality. Rainstorm hates fighting and is never involved in any battles. Instead, he handles diplomatic affairs between the Autobots and the humans. Being a Rainmaker, Rainstorm can use his aquakinesis to form rain clouds, either to hide from or to confuse his enemies. Rainstorm's preference not to fight puts him at odds with some of the more battle-ready Autobots.
