The first (And only) fresh design for wave 2 of the Chibiformers.
Like with almost every other Chibiformer, Starscream is based predominantly on his G1 counterpart. Except I didn't really add any other elements of my own here.
Since Starcream is used as the base for the seekers, I made more of them, a LOT more.
