For me, it's dependent on the line quality (if it has line art). So this one had no line art, the drawing was a cleaned sketch/doodle that I coloured. A lot of artists say stuff is a sketch, and it looks stunning to me. So I suppose it's really up to you and the artist's own opinion of their work.
