if you want to get GIFs to upload properly after you upload it click "update source file" and re-upload the same file from there. Should fix it. It also allows you to upload larger images to FA without compressing them. That's how I get them to work anyway haha

I knew that updating helps with the motion, but that you can upload larger images? Wow I have to try it soon.

Yeah you can! It's great. That's how I upload my full res images here. Although you can't exceed the 10MB file size limit with that trick so if it's over 10MB you still have to re-size an image manually

It most likely doesn't work because the size exceeded FA's limit and it got turned into JPG
Try clicking "change the submission" and choosing the same one, it gets rid of FA's limitations
