Would you be interested in making just the harness and wing arms (with a feathery covering) as a commission? I only need those parts, and the wrists of the wings need to move up and down via a hidden string pulley system. The bottom half of the wing should not move, but the feathers on upper part need to fan out. I'll either be making the feathers myself, or commissioning Sunnybrook1 to, because she makes feathers exactly like I was wanting them on my wings: http://sunnybrook1.deviantart.com/a.....e-03-177363539 Though currently, she only makes them for wings meant to attach to human arms, not wing arms plus harness like you have here. Unfortunatly I dont know how to do a moving wing rig in the manner you described. Theres a different kind of bird/bat type rig I know how to do but its not what you are looking for and I havent perfected it in a manner that I would be totally comfortable with offering commissions yet. Im sorry!

(Yeah, I had poked her awhile back too, but haven't heard from her in a while.) Ah ok...well, if you want to play around with the idea for a bit, and make little moving mock-ups, to see if it would work, I'm fine to wait however long is needed, as I'll have to save up awhile for this commission anyway. :) Here's some links on how the upper portion of the wing could move:
