**Giggles!**

If you have been following me for any length of time, y'all know that I often can NOT function without some sort of coffee, good or bad doesn't matter, especially since it's the caffeine that I need. With my diet, I can have it within moderation, but there are some mornings I need at least two cups or more to even function. There are a few nights for the Saturday Night Tabletop Game that I drink two before gaming. I don't generally drink soda any more since one glass (about twelve ounces) is about 40+ calories for the regular Coke that I like. Sugar free is ok, I guess, but I like that water keeps my glucose levels down and when I can wake up in the morning and still function when the levels are 70 or even lower, it just means I'm doing something right. I also do NOT eat like Taffy does any more. She processes food much faster than I and has all of her toes which means she's not a diabetic.
