Yes. Sprigatito is virtually guaranteed to evolve into Zorro or similar and I'm tired of people pretending it's not. It literally already has the mask.

Wtf have y'all ever seen Zorro? Or any Spanish fencer for that matter? It's camp af and can absolutely go either way.

They're very similar but I'm less inclined to believe that's the case just because:
1) It getting boots upon evolution would be at least as awkward as Machop getting a belt by evolving into Machoke, and that's something we haven't seen since then. It's possible that the boots will get played off as just a foot pattern but we'll see.
2) Puss In Boots is a French fairytale, not a Spanish one.
