Ekaterina Mikhailovna Schulmann (Russian: Екатерина Михайловна Шульман, Yekaterina Mikhaylovna Shulman) is a Russian political scientist specializing on the studies of lawmaking, Associate Professor of RANEPA and MSSES.

Now for many Russians, including me, Ekaterina Mikhailovna has become a real ray of light. This is a wonderful woman who can inspire faith in the good even in the darkest times.

Today is the International Women's Day which is traditionally a day of movement for gender equality. But personally for myself this year I will consider it the day of the movement of beautiful and strong women against fear and war.
