A new day had dawned over the city, as Connie had just reached her small security shack in front of the Echo's Manor. Getting herself dressed up and prepared for her shift, she took a look at her list for the day, and looked at the security monitors she was in charge of watching.


Connie: Everything seems to be up and running. That's good. And it also means I have some time to snack a bit on these chocolates I got.


Reaching into the plastic bag she had brought with her, Connie began to open up some Christmas chocolates she got her hands on while heading to work.


Connie: Man nothing beats holiday chocolate at clearance prices!


Taking a bite out of the chocolate she had obtained, Connie savoured the taste of it. As she was, she looked over at the doorway, where she saw Isabel, wearing her casual clothes for the day.


Isabel: Hey there, Connie. Good to see you're up and about and not sleeping in again.


Hearing her joke, Connie couldn't helping but laugh a little, while Isabel chuckled a little herself. As Isabel looked at what Connie was eating, her eyes trailed down to the Holiday chocolate that was on the table.


Isabel: What do you have there, Connie?


Connie: Oh this? I was able to get some Christmas chocolate that was on clearance along the way.


Isabel: Oh nice you got them at a bargain. But....why buy them though?


Connie: I mean, why not? I kind of have a sweet tooth, and seeing these at clearance is like a goldmine.


Isabel: Okay I can't argue with that. Just don't go getting a sugar crash and fall asleep from these.


Isabel couldn't help but laugh, as the same was said for Connie knowing where Isabel was going with it.


Connie: Trust me, I'll keep myself under control with how much I eat.


Isabel: Good to hear. But.....


When Isabel didn't go further with her sentence, Connie began to question what Isabel wanted to say.


Connie: ......But what?


# you have milk chocolate?


Connie: Oh I see. Well I have milk chocolate, actually. Did you want one?


Isabel: ......I would thanks.


Connie smiled at Isabel, as she did the same back. At the same time, Connie handed over some milk chocolate holiday candy, as Isabel went on her way out.

I would like to give thanks to my friend  jurgenblue for making this picture for me :D . A nice a humble picture of two friends making a short encounter before they make their ways ;) . I don't know if its only just me, or some others who see this, but I can admit that whenever there is a clearance on Holiday candy, I do tend to grab them when I can XD . Can't go wrong with getting candy at a low price ;) . And I think that wound up applying to Connie here, who is showing off how much of a sweet tooth she has, and Isabel seeing that right in front of her .
