sadly it is. I've heard most of the residents have decided to just not move back even when its "cleaned up". also hopefully that stuff doesn't hit the river. since multiple country's downriver use it as there main source of drinking water. this is why there needs to be global standards for things like toxic/nuclear waste disposal.
