The species name is Sapilt.
Despite his scary look, he is a peaceful creature, unless it is provoked or very hungry. He can generate fire from a large number of glands on all his body. His skin can be hot like volcanic lava, and for this reason nobody has ever bonded with this species so far.
He can walk on 2 or 4 legs, and has only one finger on his feet with a single large claw. His mantis-like arms are used to catch food, for territorial fights and for display.
His blood and gums are blue.
